Chocolate beverage with ATTIKI honey and nutmeg

Ingredients:
1000 ml fresh milk
200 g baking chocolate
3 teaspoons ATTIKI honey
1 vanilla bean
nutmeg
fleur de sel
Directions
Put the milk with the vanilla in a saucepan and heat until it boils. Withdraw from the heat, add the chopped up chocolate and the honey, and stir until the mixture is blended. Pour into cups, sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg and add a few grains of salt.
Tip: Instead of fresh milk you can use plant-based milk, e.g. coconut, almond or soy milk.
