Spareribs with FINO forest honey

Ingredients:
1500 g pork ribs
For the marinade
3 tablespoons FINO honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
100 ml apple juice or pineapple juice
1 teaspoon powdered ginger
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 garlic clove
1 onion cut in half

Directions      

Mix all ingredients together to make the marinade. Coat the ribs well and marinate for 3-4 hours, covered in the refrigerator. Put the ribs on the grill, being careful not to overcook because they go bitter. Serve with barbecue sauce, limes and fresh greens salad.

Tip: If you like, you can make a sauce for the ribs with the marinade ingredients, which you will boil for around 20 minutes on low temperature.
