Any disputes which may arise with regard to these Terms of Use shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens. If any provision of the aforementioned Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, said provision shall, de jure, be declared invalid, and shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Use, without the validity of the remaining Terms being affected.
